Happy Birthday Baume & Mercier
Baume & Mercier has decided to invite internet users on Facebook and Twitter to rediscover its history and its heritage through a diary entitled “Secrets of a Watchmaking Family”.
The originality of the approach lies in telling the story of the birth of Baume & Mercier in the present tense, and in daily sharing anecdotes and insights from the daring watchmakers who founded the famous watch company. The highlights of brand history will be recounted in French and English on Baume & Mercier’s Facebook and Twitter pages. As a prelude to an upcoming operation on social networks to be launched during the SIHH scheduled to take place in Geneva in January 2010 to celebrate its 180th anniversary.
